In the industrial area where Gastro Carnicería is located, an industrial-style façade has become the center of attention thanks to the work of Artemis Interiorismo. Project ART 424 demonstrates how meticulous design, combined with functional solutions, can solve structural challenges and stand out in a competitive environment.

The Challenge of Standing Out in a Uniform Industrial Setting

The client wanted their façade to stand out in an area filled with similar constructions. Additionally, they faced several technical challenges: a structural slope, exposed water and electrical connections, and the need to integrate functionality with eye-catching design.

An Industrial Design Inspired by Interior Trusses

Inside the warehouse, the ceiling featured metal trusses that inspired the design of the exterior façade. Artemis adapted this concept by creating a custom set of trusses that gradually break across the façade, bringing dynamism and character to the project.

Each module was custom-made, considering both functional access to service points and the integration of design with technical elements. For example, the water meter was strategically placed so it wouldn't disrupt the aesthetic or functionality. The electrical panel was hidden behind a door that blends seamlessly into the overall design.

Technical Solutions for a Flawless Design

• Structural Slope: To correct the uneven surface, a textured paint finish was applied, achieving a uniform look that aligns with the industrial aesthetic.

• Concealed Drainage: The rainwater drainage system was camouflaged using the same finish as the façade, ensuring functionality without compromising design.

• Lighting and Branding: Ambient lighting was installed to highlight the trusses at night and elegantly incorporate the Gastro Carnicería logo in a visible, refined manner.
